同轴灯适合于反射光比较强的物体，运用一种特殊材料，用一种半镜面来消除图像中的重影，用来检测金属表面、液晶及玻璃表面。
Coaxial light is suitable for those objects with relatively strong reflected light. The light are reflected by 45 degree half mirror to eliminate the ghosting in the image. The coaxial light is used to inspect the metal surface, the liquid crystal and glass surfaces.
